Overview

FranklinCovey Southern Africa Certification programmes are intensive and interactive learning experiences, spanning one to three days. They are part of the facilitator certification process for teaching the FranklinCovey curricula.

Certification requirements

To become certified to teach FranklinCovey curricula, facilitation candidates must
complete the following requirements:

1. Attend the relevant programme you wish to facilitate.
2. Return the completed Facilitator Agreement.
3. Complete Certification Workshop pre-work requirements.
4. Attend the relevant Certification Workshop and complete any outstanding development steps that follow this workshop.
5. Complete a one-hour follow-up call with your Certification Consultant and agree next certification steps e.g. observation, co-facilitation, mentoring, coaching.
6. Facilitate your first workshop as lead facilitator.
7. Work with your Client Partner for continued training and coaching.
