FranklinCovey Southern Africa is a world leader in the development and delivery of leadership and productivity training and services. Since 1993, we have operated as the exclusive representative of FranklinCovey Co in Southern and East Africa.

This exclusive representation extends to 17 African and Indian Ocean countries. Throughout these regions, we have partnered with many organisations in both the private and public sectors to provide world-class leadership development and execution programmes and consulting services.

FranklinCovey Southern Africa is part of a global network extending to 95 offices in 145 countries. We share the best practices with our international associates on a regular basis and contribute to ongoing research in the fields of leadership development, productivity and execution (delivery).
